Although, WeAreExcel is based in London, we are prepared to provide international virtual training to groups outside the UK. We are passionate about teaching and want to give as many people as possible the ability to confidently use different software.
Therefore, whether you are UK based with international offices or completely based abroad, WeAreExcel is not only equipped to train groups abroad virtually, but we are also happy and eager to.

How do we Train Internationally and What Experience do we Have?
Since 2020, Virtual training has given us the ability to train groups all over the world from California and New York to Equatorial Guinea and Singapore.
We can successfully train users over zoom as we understand that users learn by “doing” and not simply by “being shown”. Hence, all our virtual online Training follow this philosophy of “learning by doing”. Our virtual classroom training allows participants to practice techniques as well as receive feedback from the trainer during the session.
To get the most out of our virtual courses we strongly encourage users to have their cameras on to mimic a real life classroom scenario. Additionally, our trainers are always asking questions to engage with users and also expect users to have questions for them. Therefore we also encourage users to actively use their microphones to interact with the trainer as well as the other attendees.
Prior to the training you will liaise with us and the trainer to discuss group sizes, timings, and content. Additionally we will encourage you/the users to download zoom prior to the training (https://zoom.us/download) so you have sufficient time to test your connection and computer before the training day.
We will send an email to each participant with a link – and once clicked this connects the user directly to the live virtual classroom training session.
On the day of your training, we will connect you on Zoom 15 minutes ahead of the session start time so the class can start promptly at the agreed time.
Other Considerations for Attendees of our Virtual Training
We usually train over zoom therefore all users will need:
- A computer with zoom installed – https://zoom.us/download
- Microsoft Office installed or the software relevant to the training you have booked.
- Our course spreadsheet/files saved locally (We will send these over prior to the training)
- A video camera and microphone / speaker setup on your computer
- Internet connection that is fast and reliable
- A private space where you can talk as well as interact in the virtual classroom
