- How to create new presentations
- Learning the different functions of the ribbon bar

This course aims to provide less experienced PowerPoint users with an introduction to what PowerPoints are all about. Our PowerPoint training will provide you with an understanding of how PowerPoints work and how to create simple yet dynamic presentations.
On completion of the course you will be able to efficiently create PowerPoint presentations from scratch with appropriate formatting. In addition, you will be able to create basic slides in your presentations, insert images/animation effects and attach speakers notes.

This course aims to provide users with a creative approach to working with PowerPoint. We will teach users useful techniques for creating engaging and concise presentations, hence you will practise using a range of design themes ensuring presentations are professional and engaging.

On-Site PowerPoint Training
We undoubtedly specialise in on-site training and are full equipped and prepared to bring the classroom to your office (nationwide).
All you will need is:
- An available meeting room
- A large screen that the trainer can connect their laptop to via HDMI.
All delegates are expected to use their own windows laptops with an external mouse and MS PowerPoint. If anyone is not using not using a windows laptop, such as an Apple MacBook, please notify us before the course.
Alternatively, we do offer a Laptop Hire Service.
Virtual PowerPoint Training
We are also geared up to bring the training remotely to your workspace worldwide. Specifically, these group training sessions are done online via Zoom or MS teams.
These sessions are still highly interactive (practise exercises, screen sharing and Q&A throughout). Therefore, all delegates will be expected to join with their camera’s & microphones on.
Whilst we recommend onsite/in-person training, virtual training is particularly effective for companies working from home or teams working in different locations.
